Join us for our Sewing 101 Workshop, where creativity meets sustainability! Learn how to repurpose old clothing with holes or damage by transforming them into a beautiful quilt.
This hands-on workshop is perfect for anyone aged 12 and up who wants to master basic hand-stitching techniques and create a quilt top. All materials provided are enough to make a full-size quilt top (80” x 90”). The 2-hour session gives you a solid start, and while you won’t complete the entire quilt top during the workshop, you’ll leave with all the tools and materials to finish it at your own pace.
Let’s stitch together and give old fabrics a second life!
Note: As a move to be as sustainable as possible, we choose repurposed fabric.
Follow up options to quilt your finished quilt top will be discussed in class.
