Sourdough 102: Mastering Add-ins - Jan. 26th, 5:00 pm

Each participant will learn about sourdough while making a loaf of sourdough bread to take home to bake the next day, along with the knowledge and experience and their own sourdough Mother (that is over 100 years old) to continue feeding for more sourdough later.

Participants will also enjoy refreshments during the workshop time  

WHAT YOU TAKE HOME:

* A tea towel

* A loaf to bake the day after 

* A “Mother” to continue baking
