Custom Bath Salts: the Perfect Self-Care Gift
As we shop for a gift, we should always strive to make it personal. And there is no better way to make a gift more personal than to customize it to the recipient's personal tastes. And one of the most popular custom gifts we offer at Lemon & Lavender is a custom bath salt blend.
What are our custom bath salt blends? We mix Epsom Salt with your personal selection of essential oils and add a fragrant mixture of botanicals. The 8 ounce amber jar is the perfect size for one or two bath soaks. We recommend pouring half of the container in a small-medium size bath and the full 8 ounces into a large bath for a full effect.
Because it sometimes seems over-whelming on choosing the perfect blend, we have a couple guides to help. The first is a chart that explains the potential benefits of essential oils. We emphasize potential as we can make no medical claims to using essential oils. This may help guide you to choose what essential oils you would like to add to the custom bath salt. In selecting which essential oils to use, we recommend not selecting more than three oils.
And while considering the benefits of different essential oils is important, of course you want to know mixing 2-3 together is also going to smell wonderful as well! So with that we also offer this guide of some of our favorite suggested blends.
Customizing the essential oil blend is always a personal and creative aspect of gift giving, but we also take it a step forward and add a custom label as well. Personalizing the label with the recipient's name is certain to make you gift stand out. And the best part on top of it all, they can always bring the jar back in to have it refilled!
